We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This is an important position within Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC, as it directly contributes to the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility. The Housekeeper will work under the direction of the Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor, carrying out various cleaning duties throughout the resident rooms and other interior and exterior areas of the center. This role is essential for maintaining the hygienic condition of the premise and ensuring that the environment remains inviting, safe, and attractive for residents, visitors, and staff alike. Responsibilities include cleaning, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, and general upkeep, in adherence to the weekly departmental cleaning schedule and safety protocols related to cleaning chemical hazards. Flexibility with shift assignments and a willingness to assist in related tasks as needed are key aspects of the position, which requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with sufficient knowledge to perform the required functions.
