Job Duties
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- maintain common areas including office, clubhouse, and hallways
- manage inventory and care of custodial supplies and equipment
- ensure cleanliness of tools and work areas
- support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- provide prompt and courteous service to residents and team members
