Job Duties

General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas
assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins
ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
help respond to resident emergencies
maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
