We are currently seeking part-time Guest Environment Experts to join our dedicated housekeeping and laundry team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and appealing appearance of the hotel, contributing directly to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. More than simply cleaning rooms and making beds, our Guest Environment Experts play a vital part in crafting a remarkable and inviting experience for every visitor. They perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, from guest room upkeep to caring for common areas, and are empowered to act swiftly and effectively to meet guests’ needs.

This role is non-management and demands an individual who is active and capable of handling physically demanding duties, including lifting, moving, and managing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Our team members are expected to follow company guidelines and maintain professional standards in uniform, personal appearance, and communication. Additionally, Guest Environment Experts contribute to creating a safe and secure work environment by adhering to safety protocols and respecting confidentiality.
