Job Requirements

  • Reliable and punctual
  • ability to work part-time Sunday through Tuesday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintaining apartments and common areas
  • willingness to comply with Allegro Living's policies and safety standards
  • must pass background screening
  • commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
  • ability to work cooperatively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to follow cleaning schedules and checklists accurately
  • good communication skills to report maintenance or supply issues
  • reliable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • ability to work flexible part-time hours including Sundays through Tuesdays

Job Duties

  • Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using company checklist
  • report any problem areas to the housekeeping supervisor
  • clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using company checklist
  • report any problem areas to the housekeeping supervisor
  • detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the housekeeping supervisor
  • keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply
  • report items needed to the housekeeping supervisor
  • keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized
  • clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and clean area behind washer & dryer equipment weekly
  • perform other duties as assigned
