Job Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- ability to work part-time Sunday through Tuesday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintaining apartments and common areas
- willingness to comply with Allegro Living's policies and safety standards
- must pass background screening
- commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- ability to work cooperatively with team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow cleaning schedules and checklists accurately
- good communication skills to report maintenance or supply issues
- reliable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- ability to work flexible part-time hours including Sundays through Tuesdays
Job Duties
- Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using company checklist
- report any problem areas to the housekeeping supervisor
- clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using company checklist
- report any problem areas to the housekeeping supervisor
- detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the housekeeping supervisor
- keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply
- report items needed to the housekeeping supervisor
- keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized
- clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and clean area behind washer & dryer equipment weekly
- perform other duties as assigned
