Job Requirements
- Must be physically fit and have the ability to bend, stoop and lift
- must be able to work independently with little supervision
- must be able to work with industrial laundry equipment, cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals
- valid driver’s license if applicable
- proof of insurance if applicable
- ability to pass as approved driver if applicable
- willingness to comply with hotel rules and regulations
- ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- good physical stamina to perform job duties
- punctuality
- ability to follow established procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Pick up room reports and keys to assigned areas daily
- sign out and sign in keys at the start and end of shifts
- collect assigned cart and supplies from laundry area
- minimize noise in guest room areas
- prioritize check-outs except in special requests
- report rooms marked Do Not Disturb for approval
- change sheets in every room daily unless otherwise specified
- clean rooms according to procedures
- return cart to linen room at shift end
- comply with all reasonable management requests
- be flexible with work schedule
- report to work on time and in proper uniform with name tag
- stay knowledgeable about daily hotel operations
- be aware of guest service scores and understand guest needs
- adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and standards
- know emergency procedures and act accordingly
- report unusual occurrences or requests
- assist fellow associates to improve operations
- perform other duties as assigned
- maintain valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and pass as approved driver if applicable
