The company is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Housekeeper to join the team at Kimpton Santo. This role is integral to maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that define White Lodging’s reputation. As a Housekeeper, you will ensure that guest rooms and common areas are not only clean but sanitary and sparkling, thereby contributing significantly to the overall guest experience. Your daily responsibilities will be diverse and meaningful, ranging from basic cleaning and maintenance tasks to actively supporting safety standards and operational efficiency within the hotel. Self-inspection of rooms and timely reporting of the room status to supervisors ensure quality control and operational smoothness. The role demands physical stamina and flexibility, as it involves lifting, moving, standing for extended periods, and working during weekends, holidays, and flexible hours according to business needs. The position requires prior cleaning experience or the willingness to undergo comprehensive training with certification.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Job Qualifications
- Strong guest focus and customer service skills
- Reliability and dependability in completing housekeeping tasks
- Motivation and initiative to be your best self every day
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required)
- Completion of training with certification sign-off
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
- Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms
- Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart
- Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion
- Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates
- Perform other duties as assigned
