Job Requirements
- Six months of experience in apartments and or residential cleaning
- able to communicate with property manager through written and oral instructions
- must be able to read, speak and understand English for business purposes
- must be able to read and write instructions, short correspondence, memos, service requests, and to converse with residents, co workers, and vendors in a professional manner
- must be able to successfully complete a pre employment background investigation including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in apartments and or residential cleaning
- ability to communicate effectively with property manager using written and oral instructions
- proficiency in English for business purposes including reading, writing, and verbal communication
- ability to complete background investigation including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen
- physical capability to perform job duties including lifting and moving appliances with assistance
- good vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Job Duties
- Assessing the condition of apartment units and notifying property manager of supply needs
- cleaning fixtures, counters, cabinets, windows, ovens, bathrooms, blinds, floors, and appliances including areas under refrigerators and ovens
- turning in completion reports to property manager after cleaning
- touch-up cleaning of vacant units as needed
- daily cleaning of models, office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, and fitness centers
- keeping office area clean by emptying trash, vacuuming, cleaning windows and baseboards, and dusting desks and computer areas
- maintaining cleanliness of clubhouse refrigerator, cabinets, and janitor closets
- mopping clubhouse floors as needed
- cleaning all windows, doors, and vents
- ensuring coffee is made and stocked daily
- completing all tasks assigned by property manager
- cleaning and managing corporate suites including dishes, linens, and soaps
