- physically able to perform manual tasks including lifting and pushing loaded carts
- able to follow safety policies and complete safety training
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- punctual and reliable
- willing to work full time
- able to stand, kneel, and walk for extended periods
- maintain professional appearance
- able to handle confidential information responsibly

Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and department requests
- fill and transport supply carts to assigned areas
- enter guest rooms following strict access and vacancy procedures
- replace guest amenities and supplies
- change linens and terry with clean items
- make beds and fold terry
- clean bathrooms
- remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
- check appliances in rooms and ensure functionality
- straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- follow company safety and security policies
- report maintenance problems and safety hazards
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain uniform and personal appearance
- welcome and assist guests professionally
- support team to reach goals
- move and handle objects with or without assistance as required
- perform other duties as requested by supervisors
