This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, remain standing or walking for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.

The position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, have a team-first attitude, and exhibit a warm and courteous manner toward guests and colleagues alike. Training and safety certification will be provided prior to employment to ensure you meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Marriott International is committed to equal opportunity employment and celebrates diversity in the workplace. The company fosters an environment that values the unique backgrounds, talents, and perspectives of its associates. Benefits for the Housekeeping position include employee wellness programs, competitive discounts on hotel rooms and merchandise, recognition programs, and development opportunities. Employees are also supported through programs related to health and wellness, assuring a balanced work environment.

The hotel industry here offers a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere where you can grow professionally and personally. Marriott’s culture encourages camaraderie, professional development, and a clear path toward achieving your best self. The housekeeper role embodies the Marriott brand's promise of delivering a wonderful hotel experience, always.

In summary, this position at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront offers a compelling blend of rewarding work, inclusive culture, and valuable benefits.
