The role of Room Attendant, also referred to as Guest Environment Expert, at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach is more than simply cleaning rooms and preparing beds. Occupying a non-management, full-time position, the Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
