The Guest Environment Expert role at JW Marriott New Orleans is a critical position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall guest environment throughout the hotel. This full-time, non-management position involves hands-on housekeeping functions, including cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, and common areas to ensure an outstanding guest experience. The Guest Environment Expert is empowered to move independently within their designated area to fulfill all necessary duties, whether that involves stocking supplies, responding to guest requests, or maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the hotel. Success in this position requires physical stamina, as Guest Environment Experts spend considerable time standing, walking, and moving throughout the hotel.
