Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting 50 pounds unassisted
comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
flexible shift availability preferred
ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
good interpersonal skills
commitment to professional appearance and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or general educational development (GED) certificate
less than 1 year of work-related experience
no supervisory experience required
ability to work in varying weather conditions

basic maintenance knowledge
commitment to safety policies

Job Duties

perform planned preventive maintenance in guest rooms including CARE, RPM, GCPM
inspect and repair mattresses, bed frames, and assemble bed racks
vacuum behind and under furniture
remove stains from carpets and upholstery
dust and retouch paint, furniture, and lighting fixtures
perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening toilet seats, changing bulbs, filling wall holes
clean all surfaces in guest rooms including tubs, tiles, floors, walls, windows, mirrors
communicate serious maintenance issues and safety hazards to manager or supervisor
adhere to company safety policies and participate in training
maintain professionalism and confidentiality
anticipate and meet guest service needs
move, lift, transport, push, drag objects up to 50 pounds
assist with heavier objects
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
perform other reasonable work duties as assigned
