The Pennant Group is recognized for its commitment to restoring public confidence in the healthcare industry by fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and community-centered service. Operating across six Western states, the facilities affiliated with Pennant adopt an independent operating model supported by a centralized Service Center that offers essential services such as clinical, legal, HR, training, accounting, and IT. This structure empowers on-site leadership and caregivers to concentrate fully on delivering outstanding resident care and managing business operations seamlessly.

Park Place upholds this ethos through its CAPLICO Core Values: Celebration, Accountability, Passion for Learning, Love One Another, Intelligent Risk Taking, Customer Second (Employee First), and Ownership. These values are more than just guidelines—they define the workplace culture and the way employees engage with residents, families, and each other.

You will work in an environment where your efforts directly impact the well-being of residents and contribute to a supportive community atmosphere. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds and committed to fostering inclusivity and respect.
