- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms and public spaces to established standards
- deliver guest requests promptly and courteously
- stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
- handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- assist with inventory and reporting housekeeping needs
- support team members to achieve overall guest satisfaction
