Job Requirements

  • Must be in good physical health

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and respectfully, using Forbes and Mirbeau’s language standards
  • Provide courteous, discreet service with respect for privacy
  • Personalize interactions by using guest names when known and anticipating needs
  • Respond to guest needs, complaints, and requests with care and professionalism
  • Thoroughly clean and reset guest rooms according to Mirbeau and Forbes-rated standards
  • Sanitize and refresh bathroom fixtures including tubs, showers, sinks, counters, and toilets
  • Dust and polish furniture, mirrors, artwork, and fixtures
  • vacuum carpets and mop floors
  • Make beds with precision and replace amenities, linens, towels, and guest supplies
  • Organize guest belongings respectfully in stayover rooms
  • Report and return lost and found items to the Front Desk
  • Ensure all furniture, electronics, and room features are clean, functional, and in proper order
  • Perform a final room inspection and report readiness to Housekeeping Management
  • Maintain fully stocked housekeeping carts and linen closets, keeping them tidy and well-organized
  • Use only resort-approved cleaning supplies and maintain tools and equipment in safe, clean working condition
  • Transport soiled linens to laundry during breaks
  • Return housekeeping keys, equipment, and supplies securely
  • Set up or return rollaway beds and cribs as needed
  • Keep hallway carts and bins neat and unobtrusive
  • Arrive on time in a clean uniform with name tag
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance and proper hygiene
  • Follow housekeeping guidelines and complete tasks efficiently
  • Adapt to changing priorities with flexibility
  • Report safety concerns or maintenance needs immediately
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and leadership
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions
  • Share guest feedback and operational concerns with management
  • Support a positive and productive work environment through professionalism and accountability
  • Perform additional tasks and support other departments as requested
