Job Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- Willingness to work on-site at the hotel property
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
- Strong organizational skills
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a conscientious attitude
- Ability to follow privacy and security protocols
Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms including making beds and changing linens
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Dust and vacuum guest rooms
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies and hallways
- Manage cleaning supplies and request replenishments
- Report maintenance or repair issues
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services
- Follow privacy and security protocols
- Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Participate in department meetings and communicate with colleagues
- Perform other duties as assigned
