Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Willingness to work on-site at the hotel property
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good physical stamina
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a conscientious attitude
  • Ability to follow privacy and security protocols

Job Duties

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms including making beds and changing linens
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms
  • Dust and vacuum guest rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies and hallways
  • Manage cleaning supplies and request replenishments
  • Report maintenance or repair issues
  • Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures
  • Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services
  • Follow privacy and security protocols
  • Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • Participate in department meetings and communicate with colleagues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
