We are currently seeking a motivated and diligent Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. The Housekeeper plays a pivotal role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean and inviting stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This on-site position reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisor and is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, offering an hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $17.00.
The role entails cleaning and preparing guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming, as well as ensuring that all room amenities are properly stocked and in place. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and common spaces, contributing to the overall aesthetic and atmosphere of the property. Supply management is a key component of this role, requiring the housekeeper to monitor and request cleaning supplies and guest amenities as needed.
Additionally, the Housekeeper supports the hotel's operational efficiency by promptly reporting any maintenance or repair issues, handling lost and found items according to hotel procedures, and assisting with laundry services including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels. Guest requests should be met immediately with professionalism and courtesy to elevate the guest experience. Privacy and security protocols must be rigorously followed, including the proper management of room keys and adherence to hotel safety policies.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- Willingness to work on-site at the hotel property
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail
