Job Duties
- clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to established standards
- respond promptly to guest requests and service needs
- replenish housekeeping supplies and maintain cleaning carts
- follow all safety and hygiene protocols
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient hotel operations
- lift, move, and position objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance
- maintain professional appearance and communication at all times
