This role requires a proactive individual who understands and abides by Asset Living’s key policies, including Fair Housing Laws and OSHA safety requirements. The physical demands of the Housekeeper position involve regular movement throughout varied environments, including stairs, ramps, and confined spaces, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and operate power tools or machinery when necessary. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts during emergencies is also expected.
