Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to interact professionally with seniors
- reliable and punctual
- ability to lift and carry items as needed
- good communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills
- ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and weekends as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to utilize MS Outlook and work order software systems
- ability to prioritize and organize multiple demands on time and projects
Job Duties
- Setting and resetting rooms for programs and events including tables, chairs and miscellaneous furniture items, audio visual equipment and laptop computers as needed, decorative or theme items
- assisting residents with lockouts and conducting well-being checks
- carrying and delivering items and packages, including birthday balloons and cards
- using Microsoft Outlook or other software to complete room reservations and coordinate work orders
- responding to radio requests requiring immediate attention
- functioning as back-up to concierge desk staff during breaks or emergencies
- completing daily check-in reports
- assisting Hospitality Services experience center with special events
- assisting with audio/visual setups such as movies, virtual meetings and presentations
