Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- Experience in assisted living or similar environment preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow schedules and complete assigned tasks reliably
Job Duties
- Coordinate and communicate with housekeeping and team members to maintain service for each resident
- Clean all private residences and common areas on scheduled basis
- Maintain community areas to be clean, neat, attractive, and safe
- Support, introduce, and implement activities that maximize each resident’s identity, abilities, and interests
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Engage positively with residents to enhance their experience
- Report maintenance needs and safety hazards promptly
