Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- at least two months of related experience or equivalent training
- ability to lift heavy items
- strong communication skills
- ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions
- ability to write basic correspondence
- knowledge of cleaning solution safety
- available to work weekends or overtime when needed
- pass background check and drug test
Job Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service skills at all times
- high school or GED equivalent preferred
- at least two months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to lift heavy items
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to understand cleaning solution or equipment labels and use as instructed
- ability to apply common sense in matters of safety and understand simple instructions
- able to work weekends and/or overtime if approved and required
Job Duties
- Cleans and performs general housekeeping and grounds clean-up duties
- keeps sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow and ice
- reports potential safety risk or repair concerns to the supervisor
- communicates effectively with residents and team members
- uses cleaning solutions and equipment safely and responsibly
- maintains inventory of cleaning supplies
- adheres to safety regulations and company policies
