Job Requirements

One year of housekeeping experience
Valid driver’s license may be required
Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Successful completion of background check and drug screen
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping

Job Duties

Maintain overall cleanliness of buildings including work areas, individual apartments, and common areas
Clean floors, fixtures, windows, and structures
Perform laundry duties
Stock inventory
Collect trash
Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards
Report maintenance issues when necessary
