Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to operate basic equipment like mowers, blowers, pressure washers, and vacuums
- Willingness to work overtime, on-call, and non-traditional schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use technology such as computers, tablets, and telephones
- Must pass a post-offer criminal background check
- Comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Ability to operate equipment such as blowers, mowers, pressure washers, and vacuums
- Capability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with technology including computers and tablets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage daily upkeep and cleaning of property grounds, clubhouse, amenities, units, and all common areas
- Help maintain landscaping including watering, planting, mulching, and pruning shrubs
- Perform daily inspections of the community, ensuring it is litter free by removing trash and maintaining cleanliness of grounds, dumpster areas, pet stations, and other areas
- Stock refreshments as needed in common areas
- Help with pressure washing, storm clean-up and snow removal in winter
- Provide direct support to your Service Supervisor
