Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in estate-level housekeeping
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to handle delicate and valuable household items safely
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for occasional extended hours
- reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of discretion
Job Qualifications
- experience as a career housekeeper in fine homes
- excellent verifiable references
- sound knowledge of proper care protocols for antiques artwork crystal fine china silver brass marble fine linens and cookware
- detail-driven with a natural eye for beauty order and presentation
- warm kind and service-oriented while maintaining professional boundaries
- emotionally intelligent and able to read the room
- calm and discreet
- proactive and able to anticipate family needs
Job Duties
- perform daily and deep-cleaning cleaning tasks
- perform laundry for the household including washing drying steaming pressing folding and sorting garments for multiple family members
- maintain closets and storage spaces with a visually appealing organization
- thoughtfully sequence daily and weekly tasks to ensure efficiency and minimal disruption
- proactively identify opportunities to improve systems products and efficiency
