Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active during entire shift
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently
- Ability to push, reach, stretch, and bend as needed
- Willingness to work weekends as required
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies is a plus
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms spotless according to standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify needed maintenance
- Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide exceptional guest experience through friendly, courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
