Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance
- position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy according to applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or custodial experience is beneficial
- ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs
- willingness to adhere to company policies and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- complete assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
- replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- fill the Housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies, transport the cart to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
- follow all company policies and procedures and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
