The Housekeeper position at Ivy Park at Sacramento plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the community. This full-time role operates on the morning shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a pay range of $16.50 to $18.00 per hour. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all resident apartments, public, common, and work areas, and conducting laundry services for both residents and the community.   • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to pass a criminal background check
  • ability to pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • willingness to follow COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE use

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience
  • must be at least 18 years of age

  • possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
  • must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety guidelines including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE as required

Job Duties

  • Clean all resident apartments as directed
