Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- able to lift carry up to 50 pounds push pull up to 50 pounds stand sit bend and walk for extended periods
- able to perform routine repetitive tasks
- able to work around cleaning products
- able to follow oral and written instructions
- residency within the service area
Job Qualifications

- maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants administration and HCSG leadership
- comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies

- able to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously
- able to work around cleaning products
- able to follow oral and written instructions
- residency within the service area required
Job Duties
- perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms bathrooms common areas and offices
- ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines
- maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
- follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment
- interact positively with residents staff and guests providing excellent customer service
- all other duties as assigned
