Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying, and standing for long periods
  • Willingness to move furniture as part of cleaning duties
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time
  • Commitment to uphold company mission and values

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Dependability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Clean resident rooms and common areas to maintain a sanitary environment
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Change bed linens and launder linens and towels
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to management
  • Assist with moving furniture as needed for thorough cleaning
