This position requires someone detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The Housekeeper’s tasks include thorough cleaning of apartments to ready them for move-in, preparing communal spaces such as lounges and recreation areas, managing waste disposal, replenishing bathroom supplies in models and offices, and providing occasional help with grounds maintenance and other upkeep tasks as needed.

The Housekeeper role is vital in influencing the first impression prospective tenants have about the living community.
