Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum two months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- physical ability to lift heavy items
- ability to understand and apply instructions
- good communication skills
- availability to work weekdays
- flexibility to work weekends or overtime if required
- pass background check and drug test
Job Qualifications
- excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- cleans and performs general housekeeping and/or grounds clean-up duties
- keeps sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow and ice
- reports potential safety risk or repair concerns to the supervisor
- ensures the cleanliness and safety of community grounds
- assists with snow and ice removal when necessary
- maintains exterior areas to enhance community appearance
- supports team in maintaining a safe environment
