The current opportunity is for the role of a Housekeeper, a vital position focused on maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and a safe environment throughout the facility. The Housekeeper’s responsibilities encompass cleaning all common areas and individual resident rooms with attention to detail and adherence to established procedures. This role requires not only proficiency in housekeeping techniques but also a caring attitude toward the seniors, ensuring their spaces contribute to a nurturing and pleasant living experience.

Beyond cleaning duties, this role involves observing and communicating any significant changes in residents’ conditions to management, reflecting the importance of vigilance and teamwork in senior care settings. The Housekeeper is also expected to participate in educational programs and staff meetings to stay aligned with community standards and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees’ overall well-being and professional growth. Benefits include paid time off and holiday pay for maintaining a healthy work-life balance, daily pay for financial flexibility, health and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, a 401K plan with employer match, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program. These benefits reflect the employer’s commitment to nurturing their staff as much as their residents.

Joining The Country Club of La Cholla means becoming part of a team where empathy and excellence go hand in hand. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a collaborative environment, supporting fellow team members, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere tailored to the needs of senior residents.
