The Housekeeper plays a vital role within this senior living community by ensuring that the environment remains clean, safe, and inviting for residents, visitors, and staff. Reporting to the Maintenance or Executive Director, the Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards in assigned areas, including resident rooms and public spaces. This is an hourly position that supports the organization's mission by directly impacting the comfort and happiness of residents through meticulous cleaning and upkeep. In addition to maintaining cleanliness, the Housekeeping Associate attends regular training courses to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
