Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting bending standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills

- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning entryway common areas dining rooms hallways patios and apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed check heat system filters change bed linens ensure adequate linen supplies turn mattresses as necessary empty wastebaskets
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments and main entry area with attention to carpets plants pictures railings windows and light fixtures
- Launder all linens washing and drying in laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests serve beverages cereals soups and salads take meal orders serve meals and desserts
- Return cart to kitchen assist with storage deliver trays to resident rooms bus clear and reset tables vacuum carpets complete side work including filling sugar holders replenishing creamers and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
