At Bloomfield, you will experience a supportive and collaborative work environment that values your expertise, passion, and dedication to making a difference in the lives of aging guests and their families.

The position available is for a Per Diem Housekeeper, an entry-level role offering a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the well-being and comfort of residents, guests, and team members through maintaining a clean, safe, and healing environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are met across various areas including resident rooms, common spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens.

You will work closely with other staff members to maintain a safe and organized environment while responding promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and colleagues. The nature of this role fosters lasting bonds with the residents and team, enriching your work experience beyond typical duties.

Bloomfield offers competitive compensation as part of a benefits package that includes a 10% defined contribution retirement plan, ensuring financial security alongside health and well-being.
