We are currently hiring a full-time Housekeeper to join our dynamic care team. This role is essential in maintaining the day-to-day cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, contributing significantly to the overall well-being and comfort of our residents. The shift is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with every other weekend on duty. Weekly pay is set at $17.85 per hour. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents' rooms and common areas are kept neat, clean, and free from odors. This includes tasks such as wet mopping floors, shampooing carpets according to schedule, promptly attending to spills, and emptying trash liners. You will also be entrusted with cleaning bed rails, countertops, windowsills, furniture, and more, with a focus on using proper disinfectants and maintaining safety standards. The role demands attention to detail and a commitment to upholding privacy practices, protecting residents' health information, and contributing to a pleasant and effective workplace culture.

No prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided. However, candidates with at least one year of housekeeping experience in a nursing home or related medical facility are preferred. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, tact in dealing with residents and their families, and a willingness to embrace new methods and safety procedures.
