Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an advantage
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic communication skills to interact with guests and team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must comply with hotel safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina
  • ability to stand bend lift and move for extended periods
  • Basic communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varying shifts

Job Duties

  • Clean and service guest rooms including making beds dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Replenish linens towels toiletries and other room supplies
  • Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and safety standards
  • Report maintenance issues damages or safety concerns promptly
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow hotel policies procedures and health and safety regulations
  • Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in an organized manner
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed
