The Housekeeper role at Ivy Park at Huntington Beach is a vital position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of resident apartments, public and common areas, as well as workspaces, all while interacting with residents and staff in a friendly and courteous manner. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and sanitation standards to ensure a secure and healthy environment for everyone in the community. Scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 11:55 AM, the Housekeeper position offers a pay range of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will also handle laundry duties for both residents and the community, contributing significantly to residents’ comfort and wellbeing. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid criminal background check
  • ability to pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
  • willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols
  • prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

  • must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required

Job Duties

  • Clean all resident apartments as directed
  • clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed
  • complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
  • maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests following established safety standards
  • encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
