Job Description

The Mansion at Rosemont is a distinguished senior living community recognized by U.S. News & World Report as "Best of Senior Living" for 2022-23. It is situated on a scenic 10-acre campus on the Main Line, offering a serene and supportive environment for its residents. The community is operated by HumanGood, one of the largest nonprofit owners and operators of senior living communities in California and across the United States. Known for its dedication to enhancing the quality of life of its residents, The Mansion at Rosemont prides itself on fostering a respectful and caring atmosphere where individuals are encouraged to thrive and live with dignity.

The Housekeeper role at The Mansion is vital to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the community’s residential and common spaces. This full-time position requires working 30 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, including holiday rotations. The rate of pay is competitive at $16.50 per hour. Additionally, there are opportunities for PRN (as needed) or per-diem shifts, requiring one weekend shift per month, two weekday shifts, and coverage during summer and winter holidays.

Housekeepers at The Mansion play a key role in delivering an exceptional living experience by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness that supports the health and well-being of all residents. This role often involves working within a close-knit team and requires significant attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene consistent with both hospitality and health care standards.

Candidates with prior housekeeping experience, particularly those who have worked in hospitality, health care, or residential cleaning environments, will find this role highly rewarding. The Mansion at Rosemont offers ample training and support to help team members succeed and grow within the community. The work environment includes shuttle service access for team members to public transportation, easing commute concerns.

Joining the team means becoming part of HumanGood’s larger mission to provide every opportunity for residents and staff alike to become their best selves. HumanGood offers an impressive benefits package that extends to both part-time and full-time staff, enhancing the overall employment experience. Full-time team members benefit from 20 days of paid time off, seven company holidays that increase with years of service, and a 401(k) plan with up to a 4% employer match, with no waiting period for funds to vest. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans commence on the first of the month following the start date, alongside perks like tuition reimbursement and an employer-paid employee assistance program.

The Mansion at Rosemont provides a unique opportunity to work in a respected senior living environment that values commitment, professionalism, and the compassionate care of its residents. Staff members not only help maintain a beautiful and safe living space but also contribute significantly to the overall happiness and well-being of the community. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a meaningful position within a nonprofit organization dedicated to positive impact and quality care.
