Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work Tuesday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm
- Willingness to work holiday rotations
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning
- Dependable and punctual
- Must be able to pass background check and any health screenings
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality, health care, or residential cleaning environment
- Ability to follow instruction and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a sanitary environment
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning schedules
- Assist with special cleaning projects or events as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding housekeeping standards
