Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving walking, bending, and lifting
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work varied shifts
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning plans
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments as specified in the service plan to include vacuuming, dusting, trash removal
- Clean sidewalk areas near entryways
- Demonstrate knowledge of infection control and universal precautions
- Clean common areas and offices as scheduled
- Display mature behavior and attitude in speech and action
- Demonstrate consistently pleasant demeanor, tone of voice, support the mission statement and approach to care used by the community
- Maintain an acceptable attendance record and notify supervisor if late or unable to work in accordance with personnel policies
- Follow assigned work schedule
