The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the community, including both common areas and residents' private apartments. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing various areas, but also for more detailed responsibilities like checking and cleaning heating filters, laundering linens, and deep cleaning apartments as needed. In addition, the housekeeper will provide courteous service when assisting residents during meal times by serving beverages, taking meal orders, and helping with food service duties. This combination of housekeeping and service responsibilities requires a versatile, attentive individual with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of sanitation and food safety practices.

This role involves regular interaction with residents, requiring the housekeeper to greet them warmly and assist with their needs sensitively and efficiently.
