Currently, ISL is looking to expand its dedicated team by hiring a Housekeeper to join one of its communities. The Housekeeper position is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and overall environment of the community, ensuring that residents enjoy a safe, sanitary, and pleasant living space. This role involves performing scheduled cleaning duties in various areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices. The Housekeeper will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing lavatories, and ensuring that communal spaces meet the highest standards of hygiene. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a caring attitude toward senior residents.

The Housekeeper also manages the laundry operations within the community, ensuring that linens and laundry items are processed efficiently and the commercial laundry area is kept clean and orderly. Safety is a critical aspect of the role, with responsibilities that include proper storage of cleaning chemicals, adherence to fire code compliance while managing equipment and supplies, and promptly reporting any maintenance or equipment needs to the lead housekeeper.
