Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption as condition of employment
Ability to work morning shifts and weekends
Willingness to comply with community standards of cleanliness and safety
Capacity to manage physical demands of housekeeping work

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community
Maintain an attractive, clean and comfortable environment for residents
Adhere to safety and health guidelines during housekeeping tasks
Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure satisfaction
Report any maintenance or facility issues promptly
Support the team in creating a welcoming atmosphere
