Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean resort office, clubhouse, public access areas and models through mopping, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal
- Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness of rentals and common areas to company standards
- Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed
- Report maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas, vacant or rental homes
- Assist maintenance staff and other staff members as needed
- Assist with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Solve guest-related problems and address conflicts positively
- Drive motorized vehicle for errands or supply pickups as needed
- Maintain open communication and coordination with management
- Provide outstanding customer service
