Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalency
- six months of experience in housekeeping preferred
- ability to read, write and speak English
- strong oral, written and telephone skills
- dependable
- able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- certified in First Aid/CPR
- must be in good health and physically/mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
- must possess knowledge of safe sanitation and safety practices
- capable of meeting all requirements specified by the state or regulatory agencies

Job Duties
- Uphold mission, philosophies, and values
- clean assigned resident apartments, common areas, and offices in accordance with community policy
- report any items in need of repair to the Housekeeping Manager
- collect, wash, fold and return resident linen and personal laundry weekly while ensuring all personal items are labeled
- provide additional cleaning/sanitizing of incontinent resident suites as directed
- clean carpets by method of extraction and/or shampooing as directed
- assist with resident move-ins by helping to arrange personal belongings
