Job Duties

Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
Clean and maintain resident apartments including defrosting refrigerators, checking heat system filters, changing bed linens, and emptying waste baskets
Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on main entry areas, carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
Launder linens washing and drying using community laundry facilities
Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
Take meal orders, serve meals and desserts, clear and bus tables, reset for next meals, and sanitize dining areas
Assist with storage of perishable items, deliver trays to resident rooms, complete side work such as replenishing sugar holders, and cleaning coffeemakers
Perform other assigned duties as needed
