We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our full-time team, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This role is pivotal to sustaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort our residents expect and deserve. As a Housekeeper at Edencrest at Timberline, you will be instrumental in creating a clean, welcoming environment that contributes to the well-being and satisfaction of our senior community. The Housekeeper role involves a range of responsibilities focused on maintaining the cleanliness and safety of resident apartments and common areas. You will engage in regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to prevent health hazards and promote a pleasant living space. Managing laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and personal clothing, will also be part of your daily duties. Attention to detail and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols are essential, as is the physical capacity to lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely.

In addition to cleaning tasks, Housekeepers at Edencrest at Timberline play a crucial role in supporting resident well-being by adhering to resident schedules and preferences, fostering comfort, and ensuring a safe environment. You will be expected to communicate any maintenance or safety concerns you encounter to leadership promptly. Collaboration with care staff and other departments is vital to meeting resident needs and contributing to a positive community atmosphere. The role also includes teamwork during special events, seasonal deep cleans, and assisting coworkers, embodying kindness, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
