We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Concierge to join our team. This role is vital to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the Athletic Club, Club House, and other assigned areas within the resort. The Housekeeping Concierge will be responsible for ensuring all designated spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Duties include cleaning, stock management, laundry services, and assistance with guest inquiries, all carried out with a focus on safety and professionalism.
The position demands a proactive and courteous individual who can efficiently complete daily housekeeping tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment for our Club Members and guests. The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping experience and the capability to work under tight deadlines while upholding the integrity and image of the Flying Horse Resort and Club. - Must be at least 17 years old
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- competency in dealing with Club Members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy
- maintaining a cheerful and helpful attitude with both fellow employees, Members and Guests

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas, ensuring property standards of cleanliness are met
- correctly perform all general daily housekeeping assignments paying attention to all safety procedures
- complete cleaning shift checklists on scheduled shifts
- clean restrooms, locker rooms, restocking all paper products and filling all amenities
- remove all trash throughout the Club and empty into the main dumpster
- dust all furniture and polish when applicable
- clean employee restrooms and break room
- maintain entry areas, windows, mirrors
- stock the lockers when necessary
- maintain housekeeping carts and closets in an orderly fashion
- accommodate reasonable special requests of Club Members and be prepared to answer questions regarding the Club
- immediately report malfunctioning equipment or a maintenance problem to the front desk
- ensure all "Lost and Found" items are handled per department protocol
- know and follow Flying Horse emergency procedures and regulations
- attend to the laundry
- washing, folding, stocking and know all the procedures for operating and maintaining the laundry room equipment with good working methods
- work together cooperatively with all team mates, contractors, Members and Guests
