Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- competency in dealing with Club Members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy
- maintaining a cheerful and helpful attitude with both fellow employees, Members and Guests
- ability to work effectively under time deadlines

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas, ensuring property standards of cleanliness are met
- correctly perform all general daily housekeeping assignments paying attention to all safety procedures
- complete cleaning shift checklists on scheduled shifts
- clean restrooms, locker rooms, restocking all paper products and filling all amenities
- remove all trash throughout the Club and empty into the main dumpster
- dust all furniture and polish when applicable
- clean employee restrooms and break room
- maintain entry areas, windows, mirrors
- stock the lockers when necessary
- maintain housekeeping carts and closets in an orderly fashion
- accommodate reasonable special requests of Club Members and be prepared to answer questions regarding the Club
- immediately report malfunctioning equipment or a maintenance problem to the front desk
- ensure all "Lost and Found" items are handled per department protocol
- know and follow Flying Horse emergency procedures and regulations
- attend to the laundry
- washing, folding, stocking and know all the procedures for operating and maintaining the laundry room equipment with good working methods
- work together cooperatively with all team mates, contractors, Members and Guests
