Job Requirements

  • Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
  • No previous cleaning experience required
  • Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
  • Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
  • Ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds
  • Flexible to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays as required

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of two years of high school or equivalent
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Job Duties

  • Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
  • Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
  • Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
  • Maintain cleanliness of public spaces and assist in laundry duties as needed
  • Provide friendly and courteous service demonstrating a Service plus 1 attitude
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
  • Contribute to a positive work environment for team members and guests
