Job Requirements

Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
No previous cleaning experience required
Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
Ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds
Flexible to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays as required

Job Qualifications

Completion of two years of high school or equivalent
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Dedication to excellent customer service

Job Duties

Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
Maintain cleanliness of public spaces and assist in laundry duties as needed
Provide friendly and courteous service demonstrating a Service plus 1 attitude
Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
Contribute to a positive work environment for team members and guests
